Fugazi shops here.  |  Posted: Sunday - February 10, 2008 It's funny, Ian Mackaye lead man of Fugazi came in the shop not long ago and bought himself some flashing lights for his two wheeler. A customer/friend of mine who also happens to have been in the Big Boys was playing host to Ian and his wife. He knew I was a big fan so he brought Ian by. I of course was not working that day. I was bummed. One of the funnier things that came out of that though was when a young lady came in and bought herself a new bike after telling us that "I knew this must be the coolest shop in town because last time I was in Ian Mackaye was here shopping." That pretty much completely made up for not meeting him. Only in Austin.

Flatty Boom Ba Latty  |  Posted: Tuesday - November 6, 2007 We're doing a fun little thing in the next week. Look for our Frequent Flatter cards next time you're in. Kinda like a frequent diner card, you get a stamp for each flat repaired at the shop. The sixth flat repair is free. This might come in handy if you ride down Riverside drive a lot or if you're having an unlucky streak.
